Taking A Programme
You do not have to provide us with any information while browsing through our website for programmes.
Only when you show your interest in a programme by requesting us for a call back, or choose to buy a programme, will you be sharing your information with us.
You will have to provide us with your personal details, including name, age, location, email id, and mobile number while choosing a TSOEL programme.
Parents and/or guardians will also have to mention the child’s name, age, guardian’s name and contact details while choosing a programme. Further details as required, such as medical details of allergies or illness, will have to be provided in the joining form while selecting the programme to help us take an informed decision with our empanelled medical experts regarding the possibility of the student being fit enough to participate in the programme.
Depending on the programme chosen, students might also have to share details of the size of t-shirts or jackets. These will be shared with our vendors from whom we will be ordering personalised memorabilia for gifting to our students.
All other details will be shared only with our educators and empanelled medical experts to facilitate with the smooth conduct and execution of the programme.
We will also collect from time to time feedback from the students who have participated in our programmes. Their names, age, class, school name and experiences along with relevant photos as submitted by them or chosen by us from the photographs we have of our programmes will be published on our website, blogs, social media handles in the forms of experiences.
We shall also use these experiences and feedbacks for our internal assessment as well to improvise on our offerings.
If parents/guardians do not desire that their children’s names/picture/blogs should appear on our social media handles, then they will have to notify us and those information will be deleted from our records.
Payment
Our website will allow you to pay the programme fees by way of bank transfers, UPI payment gateways, Netbanking and/or credit and debit card payments.
We may also offer EMI option on certain programmes along with our channel banking partners.
We will not store any banking details, such as account number, branch name, IFSC Code, CVV number and the like on our website.
You will be redirected to the bank’s website to carry out the transaction.
COOKIES
