CREATIVE OUTPUT

Shadow Box Art or Diorama

The Shadow box art and Dioramas are physical boxes built to showcase learning on a subject matter or topic. They are a way to incorporate craft projects into the understanding of a topic. They allow students to illustrate an academic subject, the plot of a story, or an event in history. Though the items you will need depend on the concept or theme, you may want modeling clay, construction paper, glue, scissors, paint and a paintbrush, markers, felt, and fabric scraps. You may also want miniatures, like figures or furniture, found objects, like rocks and twigs, and printed pictures or magazine pages.

Vision Board

A “Vision Board” is a tool you can use to map out your ideal vision. Vision boards help you gather and organise a set of thoughts and emotions that are targeted toward your theme.
This creative process changes your thoughts, feelings and intentions, in turn reprograms your RAS (reticular activation system) to better select “data” that matches and supports your theme. The best vision boards will show that you have a crystal clear idea of your aspirations and dreams.
A board/ Ivory sheet for your base of A2 size, scissors, tape or glue to secure images. Objects or images that resonate with your theme idea that can be placed on your board. Stickers, markers, or any other extras you want to add, if you so wish.
